🏖️ Thursday x Weights & Waves: Singles Beach Workout 🏋️♂️✨
Forget awkward intros... this is sweat, sand, and switching it up. Join us for the first-ever singles-only beach workout, hosted by our Thursday fitness pro Ryan in collaboration with Weights & Waves.
No four walls of the gym, Weights & Waves is a Saturday morning beach fitness experience that’s all about sweat, sand, and serious fun.
Our workouts are built on functional movement the six foundations of strength: push, pull, carry, hinge, squat, and lunge.
We kick off with a grounding warm-up flow to lock you into the moment, then it’s into The Dynamic Wave Circuit 21 stations of pure movement. You’ll pair up, rotate (men clockwise, women anti-clockwise), and tackle each station for 2–3 minutes before moving on. Every switch brings a fresh challenge and a new partner, keeping the vibe high and the connections flowing.It’s high-energy, low-pressure, and designed to get you moving, laughing, and meeting a whole new crowd of singles. Sun, sweat, and maybe even a spark 🌊🔥
